The only Philly Cheesesteak recipe you'll ever need! Using thinly pre-sliced NY-Strip steak from your local butcher, this recipe will have your taste buds watering in as quickly as 25 minutes. Slice up some bell pepper and a white onion, and grab some sliced up NY-Strip steak and throw it all on a stovetop flat griddle on high heat, sauté it up with Olive Oil and hit it with some Gibson Steakhouse Seasoning Salt. As the steak cooks slice it up, and when it's done throw some provolone cheese on it and scoop it into a fresh french roll. Squirt some mayoniase on it for added flavor.

Ingredients

6 Slices Provolone Cheese

1 Green Bell Pepper

1 Red Bell Pepper

1 White Onion
-
8oz Thinly sliced NY Strip Steak

Gibson Steakhouse Seasoning Salt

French Rolls

Olive Oil
Directions
Slice bell peppers and onion into thin slices
Place a griddle pan on a stove top and turn the heat on high
Squirt some olive oil on the griddle and add the sliced peppers and onions. Sprinkle seasoning salt on the peppers and onions
Push the pepper and onion mix to the back of the griddle pan and add the steak slices to the front of the pan. Add a little more olive oil if necessary
Sprinkle a generous amount of seasoning salt to the steak and slice it up as it cooks
Mix the steak and pepper up place the slices of provolone cheese on top, scoop it up into French bread

Recipe Note
- For a crispy sandwich, slice the french bread open, butter the inside and place it inside down on the hot griddle for 1 minute or until crispy
- Add mayonnaise to the sandwich for added flavor
