This recipe is sure to impress. Using skirt steak, onions, lettuce, fajita spices, olive oil and corn tortillas, this recipe will bring the taco truck to your kitchen
Ingredients

8oz Skirt Steak
-
1 packet Simply Organic Fajita Seasoning

1 White Onion
-
1 Cup Lettuce
-
Corn Tortillas
-
2 Tbsp Olive oil
-
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Place skirt steak in a bowl and add 1tbsp of olive oil
Pour 1 packet of fajita seasoning into bowl and mix it onto the skirt steak with the olive oil and let marinade for 15 minutes
Dice the white onion and slice lettuce into small pieces
Grill the skirt steak for 2 minutes on each side, if using a gas grill make sure temperature is on high, if using charcoal wait until coals are fully heated and are grey in color.
Let the skirt steak rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes
Slice the skirt steak into strips
Heat a frying pan or stovetop griddle on high heat and add 1tbsp of olive oil
Add a tortilla to the pan and add a few strips of steak, onions, parsley, and mozzarella cheese to the tortilla
Fold the tortilla over, let it cook on high for a minute and then flip it over for another minute
Place the taco onto a plate and serve
